1. Provider and Scope
These Terms apply to Thought Box, provided by Jannik Hoefener, Noldering 9, 22309 Hamburg, Hamburg.
2. Beta Notice
Thought Box is in closed beta. Features, availability, pricing, and data models may change. Participation requires an invitation or beta access code.
3. Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You need your own account.
- You must not bypass access controls.
- You are responsible for your content.
4. Your Content
You retain rights to your content. You must not store illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or bypass security mechanisms.
5. Purchases and Entitlements
Mobile beta purchases use Apple or Google In-App Purchase and are synchronized through RevenueCat. Stripe is not part of the mobile beta.
6. AI Features
AI features are optional and require separate consent. Access can be denied when no entitlement exists or usage limits are exhausted.
7. Beta Liability
The beta is provided without a guarantee of permanent availability, feature scope, or data persistence, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the closed beta access controls.
9. Governing Law
German law applies. Jurisdiction is Hamburg, to the extent permitted by law.
